Email Me Call MeOur team can provide a CEMP tailored to your site-specific requirements and/ or planning conditions, and we can advise on the need of specialist supporting reports which may be needed.
A Construction Environmental Management Plan (CEMP) is used to highlight how construction works are managed to avoid, minimise or mitigate pollution risks to the environment.
Often a CEMP is required as part of a Planning Application to show how construction works will be managed to limit impact to the environment.
The CEMP can be a specific condition of planning permission that is granted for a proposed development. An Outline CEMP can also be developed to support a planning application.
We can provide a Construction Environmental Management Plan (CEMP) or certain chapters tailored to site specific requirements. The content will vary by development, but the CEMP can include the following:
The information needed in the CEMP is not exhaustive, and our team can tailor the document so that is specific to the requirements of your site.
A CEMP will demonstrate to the Local Planning Authority and/ or key stakeholders what measures will be in place to remove, minimise or manage construction impacts to the environment or to local amenities (traffic, residents etc.).
The document will also comprise a summary of the findings from environmental surveys undertaken for a development and can be updated as new information is obtained.
