New faces at Team Mabbett

Despite the current challenging economic climate, Mabbett is delighted to report that we are defying the odds and continuing to witness increased growth in our client base across the U.K. and, as a result an increase in our staff base. Mabbett is delighted to welcome Janet Thompson, Nicola Gribble, James Forbes and Pearse McCartan into Team Mabbett.

Janet has recently graduated with a Masters Degree in Occupational Health and Safety and Ergonomics and will join the firm’s Health and Safety team in Glasgow where she will be responsible for providing professional technical environmental, health and safety consulting services to include: audits, risk assessments, and design and delivery of occupational hygiene programmes.

Nicola will join the firm’s Environmental, Health and Safety Team in Glasgow serving as an Environmental Scientist. Nicola is an experienced environmental scientist with over ten years experience and whose core areas of expertise include: environmental and sustainable development; management systems, and sustainable construction.

James and Pearse, the firm’s most recent new recruits, will join the firm’s Environmental Engineering Team. James is soon to graduate from the University of Glasgow with an MEng in Civil Engineering and has specific expertise in water management, sustainable urban drainage, resource efficiency and pollution control systems. He will be based at the firm’s Glasgow office. Pearse, who will join the firm as an Environmental Engineer, has over ten years experience in contaminated land management and remediation, environmental statements and impact assessments, emissions monitoring and pollution control systems design and optimisation. Pearse will work in the firm’s Belfast office to assist Mabbett meet the needs of our increasing client base across the whole of Ireland.
