Every Day is a School Day (Even when not at School!)

As part of our community engagement programme, Mabbett enjoyed hosting a young aspiring engineer (Jack Cowan from St Columba’s School in Kilmacolm) for a couple of days as part of his 4th year work experience programme.
Mabbett were pleased to provide Jack with a greater understanding of what life is like working as a professional engineer in an international environmental consultancy. Jack worked alongside our integrated team of chemical, mechanical, electrical and geo-environmental engineers to get a flavour of their everyday roles at work. It is hoped the experience will help Jack decide what engineering discipline to consider in his future career.
Mabbett is committed to supporting students pursue careers in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) subjects.
