Mabbett is delighted to announce that we have been shortlisted for the second year running as a finalist in the Glasgow Business Awards. Mabbett have been shortlisted for the Excellence in Skills and Learning award category.
The Excellence in Skills and Learning award category was open to organisations which demonstrate commitment to the learning and development of the workforce and, where appropriate, the supply chain. Entrants to this category had to demonstrate a strategic commitment to learning throughout the organisation, recognising the importance of the continual development of staff skills, pursuing business excellence through the knowledge and skills of staff.
On announcing this news to our staff Derek J. McNab, Managing Director, comments, “I am delighted that our ongoing commitment to developing our own people under our Investors in People accreditation and external people through our recent Training Group investment has been recognised by our peers in shortlisting Mabbett as a finalist for the Glasgow Business Awards 2014.

The Glasgow Business Awards Dinner and Ceremony will be held on Thursday 02 October 2014 at the Hilton Glasgow Hotel.
