Changes to the UK’s chemical regulatory regime – REACH

As of 1 January 2021, UK businesses will need to comply with UK REACH. This means that your previous role under the EU REACH system may have significantly changed under UK REACH. If your business is purchasing or supplying substances, mixtures or articles to and from the European Economic Area, Northern Ireland or the UK then action may be required to maintain or gain access to these markets.
