Mabbett retains Investors in People
7th October 2014
Mabbett are delighted to announce that we have successfully passed our re-accreditation assessment and continue to be recognised as an Investors in People organisation. Mabbett first obtained accreditation to the Investors in People Standard in 2002, and we are delighted that we have retained this accreditation for the past 12 years.
Investors in People provides an Accreditation Framework to boost working culture, increase employee engagement and encourage game-changing leadership to make people management excellence count and to assist organisations to realise the full potential of its people. Investors in People Accreditation represents a true commitment to employees and demonstrates a solid foundation of good practice which remains challenging and aspirational for many organisations.
On announcing this news to our staff, Derek J. McNab, Managing Director of Mabbett commented, “one of our core pillars is, our team; our staff are at the heart of Mabbett, and as such the firm commits to continuous investment in and development of our leadership team and staff. I am delighted that this commitment has been recognised externally within the wider business community through retention of the Investors in People Accreditation and Mabbett being selected as a finalist in the prestigious Glasgow Business Awards for the Excellence in Skills and Learning award category.”
