Mabbett Wins Terumo Aortic Service Award

Terumo Aortic, formed by the integration of Vascutek and Bolton Medical, subsidiaries of Terumo Corporation of Japan, recently held their Supplier Recognition Awards for 2018 at their facility in Inchinnan, Renfrewshire.  The purpose of the awards is to recognise suppliers who have gone that extra mile for the business, to promote collaborative working and to recognise their efforts in the category areas of Innovation, Quality, On-time Delivery and Service.

Mabbett were selected as the winner of the Supplier Recognition Award 2018 in the Service category.  Terumo Corporation’s General Manager, Makoto Fujita, flew in from the company’s headquarters in Tokyo, Japan to present the award to Mabbett.

Terumo Aortic’s Environmental, Health and Safety Manager, Diane Rankin stated, that “Mabbett has helped our business succeed and improve our environmental, health and safety (EH&S) performance.  The team at Mabbett is both personable and technically excellent with a diverse range of EHSQ specialists available who exceed our expectations.  I had no hesitation in nominating them for our Supplier Recognition Award 2018 for Service.”
