New Meeting Format Launched by our Health, Safety & Wellbeing Committee

Our Health, Safety & Wellbeing Committee launched a new meeting format to enhance our positive culture. The aspiration of the Committee is to capture staff engagement, gain feedback and deliver actions to drive powerful change throughout our business, for the benefit of all workers, contractors and visitors to Mabbett.
Omar Khalid, Manager – Health & Safety and Committee Chairperson commented,
“Having representation from staff and at different levels and across the Mabbett Group will allow us to identify opportunities to continue to improve our health, safety and wellbeing performance. I am proud to lead the Committee towards this goal and support our ISO 45001 occupational health and safety management system.
