G M Leitch Ltd, a family run business supplying and servicing material handling vehicles approached Mabbett to assess the potential for expanding their existing premises. An adjacent storage building was identified as no longer fit for purpose therefore demolition would provide the necessary space on site to extend the existing building. Working closely with the client we developed a design that met their requirements and would help expand the business for many years.
Mabbett obtained all necessary local authority consents including Planning Permission and Building Warrant, the project has recently been tendered to local contractors for pricing.
