Our contaminated land team provided environmental due diligence support to inform various site acquisitions. These assessments were designed to meet client specific requirements for reporting to ASTM E1527 standards.
Our Contaminated Land Specialists undertook Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) following the principles of the ASTM E1527 for sites located in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland to inform land acquisition.
Our Contaminated Land team provided local resource to TRC for on-Site assessments and a review of relevant site records to establish the presence of Recognised Environmental Conditions (RECs) including Controlled RECs (CRECs), Historical RECs (HRECs) and de minimus conditions.
